Congratulations to our head baker, Patti Ross.
Not only was Patti awarded this beautiful trophy for the most amazing dessert, she was INVITED BACK to create the grand finale dessert once again for Flavor of Chocolate 2018.
Patti’s chosen dessert was: Milk chocolate Pistachio Semifreddo on dark chocolate quinoa cake with raspberry gelee. Yum!

Seven talented chefs serve up a diverse array of savory, small plates each featuring chocolate in this third annual culinary competition. Specially paired spirits accompany the chef’s creations. The grand finale ~ an incredible chocolate dessert offered by head baker PATTI ROSS of the Roost Farm Winery, Bistro & Bakery.
