The Stinson family were Pioneers in Aviation (Eddie Stinson)

Hamish found this plane in Victoria it was grounded for approximately 25 years. It was meant for a rebuild, Hamish has been working on the Stinson for about a month and is waiting for warmer weather to paint the body. The Stinson was recovered locally after this some damage was done so Hamish will paint it this majestic blue..

Below are the wings that are being restored and painted.

The Stinson will not fly but will be a fabulous showpiece along with the Crawford Car Collection.

During the Summer months the team at the Roost offer farm tours, you can see all the amazing pieces to the Roost Farm puzzle from the chickens running free to the grapes in the vineyard.

Jean Bedard has been performing in Victoria for ten years. He plays an eclectic repertoire of songs by his favourite artists including. Sting, James Taylor, Keb Mo’, Van Morrison, Stevie Wonder, Jack Williams. He also plays instrumental songs on his acoustic guitar.

St. Patrick’s Day evening at the Roost was a huge success & SOLD OUT!

Bangers n Mash, Steak & Guinness Pie piping hot from the kitchen and Irish coffees & Guinness beer from the bar and last but not least the “championship” dancers from the Victoria Irish Dancers, a good time was had by all.
